Inspired by her experience in fine arts she creates a dialogue between opposites to question and play with the idea of borders, identity, syncretism and established paradigms.
Her work is defined by a raw approach to design, textile interventions, enveloping forms, artisanal processes, and a commitment to empowering minority groups and Colombian indigenous communities.
Laurens draws from her own experiences special multidisciplinary projects to address social problems and a contemporary hybrid identity.
In addition Liliana hold an MA in CPD Academic Practice in Art, Design and Communication. University of the Arts London, 2.016 and she is currently a PhD candidate 8practice based9 at Glasgow School of Art.
Having lived in the UK for 22 years Liliana is an experienced academic in fashion design, with experience in menswear, womwnswear across undergraduate and postgraduate levels with a proven record of leading programmes. Have been a consultant for Beijing Institute of Fashion & Technology and delivered workshops and lecturers internationally in China, Turkey, Mexico, Colombia and Finland.

Gulsun also creates made-to-order pieces to her private customers from her own studio in Islington.
Her background is in Turkish high fashion and she has excellent technical knowledge in all groups of fabrics, tailoring, draping, accessories and more.

Claudia Fischer
Her background in Fine Arts, DSAP from the École des Beaux-Arts, Paris, France; mural painting restoration at ICCROM-UNESCO, Rome; oil painting restoration and furniture design in Florence, Italy, allows her approach to filmmaking through the lens of a versatile visual artist.
In the audiovisual field, Fischer works as a director, camera, screenwriter and producer of documentaries focused on the preservation of cultural memory.

Director of: “Historias Elementales”, documentary series for Canal Capital, “Vecino”; advertising campaign for the celebration of 125 years of Bavaria, "Freedom"; campaign carried out by the AVON Foundation for Women, against violence against women. Since 3 years ago she coordinates BOGOSHORTS to the board, academic component of the Bogoshorts Film Festival.

GLITCH STUDIO: Creative animation and audiovisual post-production space founded in Bogotá in 2017.
He made several specializations in Berlin, Rome and Madrid. Composer, performer, sound designer and currently a teacher of academic and popular musical composition. His interests focus on the interaction with various forms of art: theater, dance, plastic arts and cinema, and the use of new technologies as instruments of expression. His compositions have been performed in a dozen countries and he has composed soundtracks for award-winning films at various festivals.

In 2011 she joined Diaphragma Fábrica de films with whom she produced "Mateo" by María Gamboa, "Tierra en la lengua" by Rubén Mendoza, among others.
In 2014 she created her company Corte Films, with whom she co-produced "La Bronca", by Daniel and Diego Vega (Peru-Canada-Colombia), and César Heredia's debut feature "Salvador" and participated in the premiere of "Ati & Mindhiwa" by Claudia Fischer. She is developing several women's projects, working in the production of TV series and as a production teacher at various film schools in Colombia.

Technical team
The technical team was not always together nor was it the same during shooting the documentary.
There were 5 stages: Claudia shot the first two stages, one in Karmata Rua, Colombia and the other in London. Claudia, Felipe and Manuel Alejandro filmed the third stage in Medellín. Felipe and Manuel Alejandro filmed the fourth stage in Karmata Rua. And the fifth and last stage was shot again in Karmata Rua with Claudia, Gloria Nancy, Eloisa and Camilo Gil.
